The 4th of the International Astrology Days event will take place between the dates March 19th, 2015 and March 20th, 2014 with the valuable contributions of world-renowned astrologers Dr. Glenn PERRY (USA), Dr. Lea IMSIRAGIC (RS), Robert CURREY (UK), Roy GILLETT (UK), Prof Dr. Mahmud Erol KILIÇ (TR) and School of Astroloji establisher Öner DÖŞER (TR) within a wide range of activities.
On March 20th, there will be a public conference in Istanbul Mercure Hotel, Altunizade between 10:00 and 16:30.

On March 20th, there will be a public conference in Istanbul Mercure Hotel, Altunizade between 10:00 and 16:30. Lecturer of School of Astrology, Hande KAZANOVA and Barış ÖZKIRIŞ will offer the peeces, all speeches will be translated into Turkish simultaneously. The presentations are prepared on a basic level so that everyone who is interested in astrology may follow the content. You are all welcomed if you are interested in astrology either as an amateur or as a professional. This one-day event is free of charge.
The workshops will take place in Istanbul Mercure Hotel, Altunizade between 10:00and 17:00 on March 21stand 22nd. The workshops are suitable for all levels of astrology students, researchers, astrologers and astrology teachers. The presentations of our foreign guests will be translated by our graduates. 10:15-11:00 Dr. Glenn Perry (US),Astrology and science: a compromise position.It has been said that astrology is the ultimate scientific art form. Inherent in this description is the recognition that astrology is both more than art but less than science. In this talk, we will explore ways in which astrology is compatible with the new sciences of chaos and complexity, while also being an art in the sense that the horoscope symbolizes a partially free, creative, evolving entity whose development cannot be precisely predicted. Interpretation, therefore, is likewise a creative process that must adapt itself to the multiplicity of outcomes that a given configuration can take.
11:00-11:45 Dr. Lea Imsiragic (RS),To Explore Scientific Astrology.Human physiology has the same structure as that of the Universe and it also has the same way of functioning. In other words the structure the organization expressed within the Universe could be found in man itself, being a tiny part of the Cosmos. This fascinating link is known from ancient time but in our time it could help us to understand the very nature of astrology and to discover science of astrology and should it be a scientific.

12:00-12:45 Robert Currey (UK), How The Magic of Today is The Science of Tomorrow.Kepler and Galileo were the last ‘scientist astrologers’. Since their era, astrology has been marginalised as a science. This was partly due to a lack of empirical evidence and because there was no known causal mechanism. Within the last decade the debate about scientific credibility has entered new ground. Reappraisal of research data with more sophisticated techniques has revealed surprising evidence of celestial correlations. Meanwhile advances in science have made it possible to create viable models of the physical processes that account for the basic techniques of astrology.
12:45-13:30 Roy Gillett (UK), Reductionist Science and Astrology – Working together to make a better World.When we consider the strengths and weaknesses of these two very different ways of looking at the World, we discover that each leaves its own void that the other is ideally suited to fill. Applying and incorporating the methods of the one to the other creates a complete system of understanding. Failing to do so leads to the crisis of bad decision making that dominates today's world. Doing so would heal our understanding of each other and our world.

14:30-15:15 Öner Döşer (TR), Mechanism of Astrology and Scientific Methods.Ancient philosophers like Aristoteles, Al-Farabi, Ikhwan al-Safa and Ibn Khaldun categorized astrology as one of the natural and mathematical sciences. The Medieval and Renaissance period astrologers like Guido Bonatti and Jean-Baptiste Morin defined astrology as a science which helps us predict everything and as a practice on universal laws. In the recent history, the scientists like John H.Nelson, Dr. Percy Seymour and Maurice Cotterel investigated how the Sun and planets were related with the geomagnetic changes and suggested theories about how this relation was correlated with the mundane events and effected the human structure as the basis of everything. Is this new perception in science about to understand the mechanism of astrology?
15:15-16:00 Prof. Dr. Mahmud Erol Kılıç (TR), Special Guest, Astrology: As a Cosmic Science According to Sufis. In addition to alchemy, astrology, which investigates the influences of celestial events on the living things by observing the positions of the celestial orbits and their relocation in respect with the position of the Earth, is one of the Hermetic sciences. Astrology is not a metaphysical discipline but a cosmological science. Prof.Dr. Mahmud Erol addresses the issue with a Sufism perspective that he is an expert on.

The ACG maps of the last 12 US Presidencies are used as illustrations of how ACG can have a critical impact both in identifying danger zones and for optimal success.
14:00-17:00 Dr. Lea Imsiragic, Chakra Horoscope and Energy Astrology. Each chakra is connected with one planet in natal horoscope. Through the analyze of natal horoscopes and chakra horoscope it will be shown where and why we experience a problem in some areas of life (on emotional, mental and physical level or as life events) and how we can quickly understand them and unblocked them, through practical advice and techniques. We will learn to immediately apply this new technique, so bring your horoscopes with you!

10:00-13:00 Dr. Glenn Perry,Aspects as Personal Myths.Planetary aspects symbolize personal myths, often unconscious, which underlay our thoughts, feelings, and behavior. A planetary aspect constitutes a plan of action that is functional to the degree that it permits satisfaction of basic needs. In this workshop, you will learn the principles behind planetary aspects and why all aspects operate on a continuum of integration. We will also explore how aspects reflect internal dialogues and core beliefs · why all meaning is an angle · a formula for quick, accurate interpretations · tests and trials of major configurations · outer events as synchronicity and circular feedback · how hard aspects can be productive of psychological gifts · and aspects as an alchemy of soul. Special emphasis will be placed on why the meaning of an aspect changes in accordance with the native's level of psychological maturity.
14:00-17:00 Roy Gillett,Chart Interpretation Workshop. Roy will introduce and illustrate the way he uses key astro tools to interpret birth charts. Then he will help students to work in small groups and apply these methods to interpret the charts of each other in the group.
Roy Gillett
After twenty years in business and school teaching, Roy has spent forty as an astrologer and Buddhist. President of Britain's The Astrological Association and a regular presenter at international conferences, he writes The Astrological Journal's mundane astrology column. His books: The Essence of Buddhism is a simply-written, beautifully illustrated introduction; Astrology and Compassion The Convenient Truth (2007) outlines a vital 21st-century role for astrology; Economy, Ecology and Kindness (2009) shows that 1984-2024 astro-cycles urge post-growth-based economic structures; and The Secret Language of Astrology (2011) is a colourful and complete first book on astrology, available in eight languages.

Dr. Glenn Perry
Glenn Perry is an astrologer and licensed psychotherapist in Connecticut, USA. He received his doctorate in psychology from Saybrook Institute. In addition to private practice, Dr. Perry is director of the Academy of AstroPsychology, an online school that offers courses and training in psychological astrology. Glenn has written eight books, including An Introduction to Astro Psychology, and serves as a Board member and qualitative research advisor for ISAR. He lectures internationally on the application of astrology to counseling and psychotherapy.
Dr. Lea Imsiragic
Dr. Lea Imsiragic is an MD in magneto biology on the medical faculty. She is an ISAR CAP and consulting skills trainer. Lea combines knowledge from different fields with astrology. She specializes in business astrology, Astro-medicine, and she is researching in the field of Astro-healing. Lea combines all her expertise (human physiology, acupuncture, Energy Psychology, flower essences therapy) with Astrology in order to create the astrological system for diagnosis and healing "Energy Astrology". She is regular teacher at the Johannes Kepler Institute in Belgrade and author of five astrology books.
Robert Currey
Robert Currey has been a professional astrologer since 1981. While working as a consultant, he wrote a series of astrology software programs. Currey marketed the resulting interpretations through his company Equinox and later through the Astrology Shop in London, which he founded in 1981. His studied Astro*Carto*Graphy under Jim Lewis and Equinox holds the licence to print A*C*G world maps. Besides consulting, he is involved in writing, lecturing and research. He has co-authored and contributed to a number of books: Explanatory Handbook of Astro*Carto*Graphy (2009), From Here to There (2008) and Astrology Considered (2014). He has also written a series of peer reviewed papers for Correlation Journal and is science editor for the Astrology News Service.
Öner Döşer
Öner DÖŞER is one of the leading astrologers in the country who has many followers in the social and national media. He is the first astrologer who organized online-live-interactive training program and the founder of Astrology School Publishing and Astrology TV, where he published 14 books, 2 of them in English, and his videos are watched more than 22 million people. Some of his articles are published in The Astrological Journal, the magazine which belongs to The Astrology Association of Great Britain. He is also the organizator of the International Astrology Days in Istanbul including dean foreign astrologers since three years, where the fourth event will be held in March 2015.
